When a client is brought onto the Waste Management program for non-franchised and non-contracted locations, Waste Management Relationship Managers create value for clients by putting the service out to our network of vendors. Through a competitive bid process of a broad based network of some 1,000 solid waste vendors, we determine the best price and service in the marketplace for our client. We then compare the bid prices to what the client has been paying prior to contracting Waste Management and share savings based upon the terms of our agreement.
